We offer two conference centres with 10 flexible meeting and breakout rooms, with plenary capacity for up to 110 people. Our team is here to assist with planning and arrangements, making sure both the small and important details are taken care of throughout your event.

Here, historic surroundings meet great food, with the Skagerrak Sea right outside the door. When it is time for a break, the beach is just a few steps away – perfect for some fresh sea air between meetings. In the evening, guests can gather around the table in Restaurant Neptun, with space for up to 230 people for dinners and celebrations.

Our largest conference centre, with the sea as its closest neighbour and often described as one of Southern Norway’s best places to meet. Here, you’ll find bright conference rooms, flexible solutions and the Skagerrak Sea as your backdrop.

THE PAVILION

Skrattet & Ryvingen – up to 60 people
Skrattet – up to 30 people
Ryvingen – up to 30 people

Paviljongen har vært en del av hotellets møtehistorie siden 60-tallet. Her får dere et eget bygg litt for dere selv, med to konferanserom for opptil 30 personer hver, eller 60 når rommene slås sammen.

Paviljongen rommer også fem av hotellets værelser, så for noen er veien fra dagens siste møte til hotellsengen ekstra kort.

DINNER & BANQUET

Neptun – up to 230 people
Blåsalen – up to 18 people
Axel Lund – up to 40 people
Vinterhagen – up to 50 people

From intimate dinners to grand celebrations. Vinterhagen accommodates up to 50 guests seated at smaller tables, while Axel Lund and Blåsalen offer private rooms for your dinner. For larger celebrations, the entire Restaurant Neptun can be reserved exclusively for your event.
